I recently have had insane trouble against a friend of mine that likes to spam up to 6-8 blast masters sub 2k matches so I have been trying to come up with an effective counter for a while now. Although I want it to be a counter for the CSM list Im not a fan of Tailoring for a specific opponent so i'm also trying to develop the list as an effective TAC.
So far i have worked out 1500 points of Tau that I think will work well but I really need to fit in some SM allies with GOI to be truly effective.
Sadly I dont own the C:SM codex and I know its not strictly allowed but i was hoping someone could help me develop a sub 250pt C:SM allies to add to my 1500 Tau that has Libby with GOI and some scouts. Fully expecting to get flamed for the request but if anyone could help (Or PM me some advice) it would be really appreciated.

So far My tau list consists of:

Farsight

3x Bodyguards with: 2x Plasma/1x Flamer [Flamer for overwatch and hordes]
1x Bodyguards with: CIB/AFP, Ongar Gauntlet, Nero Web Jammer
2x Bodyguards with: 2x Fusions/Target Lock
1x Bodyguards with: M3S, C&C node, VRT, Iridium Armor, PEN Chip,
8x Shield Drones

[On a side not, I'm aware Shadowsun would be an awesome addition to most Farsight blobs but she really doesn't give much against Blast Masters apart from her awesome shield drones as they plain ignore cover]

Mark'O Commander with: TL Missilepod, Drone controler, Target Lock, 2x Marker Drones

Riptide #1 with: IA, EWO, TL Fusions

This is roughly 1500. I would really like to add 250 of SM allies with a Libby for GOI and maybe some scouts.
