Hey guys, I’ve seen this thread before, Just thought I’d reiterate a warning about this company to the masses.

Ordered some stuff off them a month ago. In fact, it was just over a month ago. Paid straight away.
After a week, nothing had arrived. Sent them an e-mail asking what was going on. After a few days I got a reply saying they were having stock issues & couldn’t tell me when the delivery would arrive. I decided to wait it out (as they were pretty cheap). Low & behold, friday just gone, got back from work & still no delivery. Tried to call them & got an automated message saying ‘due to the high number of calls we are receiving, the only way to contact us is via e-mail’. I had already sent several e-mails, very few of which were being replied to.

I had had enough. I sent them an e-mail saying if I hadn’t got my delivery by next week, or a full refund, I would be contacting my bank to cancel the payment, & would be contacting trading standards to complain about them. Got an e-mail back the next day saying they were issuing me the refund.

Good stuff in that regard, but a total bummer that I’ve had to wait a month to not receive anything & get my money back.

In conclusion, don’t use this company. THEY SUCK!!!

Got my stuff through promptly every time I've used them.

Did you order GW products?

The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

This is pretty much run of the mill stuff for most games workshop mail order stockists, if it was for GW stuff then chances are that is was the fault of GW.
I have tried mosts of the bigger companies that supply GW stuff and I have had a one month wait at some point with pretty much all of them.

GW is certainly to blame for having it's own issues with stocking independent stores, but there seems to be quite a few online retailers that are selling product that they do not yet have on hand, which is a problem in itself. If Total Wargamer were run the way a business should be run, they would either tell the customer at the point of sale that something is out of stock and then give a good estimate for when they expect the item to be back in stock. Knowing that they have issues with GW, a store might not even offer an out of stock product because of the problems they have with securing new stock.
