Looks ok, you're missing any AA (but from this I guess you don't face fliers.) I'd take sword and shield powers on the libby, an at-initiative s10 weapon is great, and as shield is cast in the enemy turn, you can cast sword in yours and shield in theirs.
I'd personally take the AC/HB Baals if I were you, as a tank in flamer range is a dead tank generally. You also can't snap-fire the flamers, so lose some mobility as well.
The key seems to be force concentration. Bring a whole army against a third of theirs, and hit so hard they can't get up. Then go for the next bit.
