That vid is good - some people do not like the ammonia fumes of windex, but some are ok with it.
I use 90% alcohol, and if I am spraying something really nasty (like primer) I use mineral spirits.
I use this on my badgers, my iwata and my junk basing brush.

Well, based on my experiences, Windex works okay. I personally use distilled water a couple of times through followed by a run through of Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner (which is 25% butoxyethanol). A word of caution though: isopropyl alcohol works great, but it is flammable (it has a flash point of under 60°F) especially when atomized and mineral spirits isn't exactly something that should be inhaled.
Really, the bottom line is everything is bad for you...

Spray out jar
Spray booth with filter and vents
Respirator with correct filter pads
All help when you spray something less than healthy or problem free.
