So, I was playing a game with a friend the other day and my Heldrake vector striked his Crimson Hunter (the Eldar flyer). I said that you can't evade from a Vector Strike as the evade rule states that To Hit rolls have to be made, but he was saying otherwise. What do you guys think? Thanks

Evading would be pointless in any case, as Vector Strike ignores cover saves.
