I like the theme of the list, although AV14 will wreck you.

Toss the shield generators. You can buy two shield drones for the price, and LOS will protect the key units. That said, shield drones need to be with your suits, not your finders. They can have 2 marker drones each if you really want, but the drone is just an easy kill. 3++ wont matter on a T3 unit.

Consider getting your commander some swag. I never leave home without a neuroweb jammer, and the neurochip and onager gauntlet are also great buys.

I would put d-pods on the fish.
