If assault terminators have a storm shield they get a 3+ invulnerable save.

Now if this same units brings a Librarian with Force dome which gives a 5+ save.

Do you roll 2 times for each invul save? ie first for storm shield, then second for Force Dome?

Nope, because the forcedome confers a 5+ invunerable save and the guys already have a 5+ invunerable save they just are the same, that save is just the same. essentially you camel one out with the other, if the force dome was a 4+ you'd use that because it cancels out the other one and now you have a 4 up as opposed to a 5 up

As per the BRB, you use your best save available, you don't get to roll twice, ever, unless you have some other special rules allowing you to.

In the OP, those terminators have a 2+/5++ and 3++ starting off due to their wargear. Since you have to use the best save and you never roll a save twice unless a special rule is in effect that limits you to picking the best save against the weapon in question and rolling with it.

Long story short: A terminator with a Storm Shield and Force Dome on him rolls 2+ for his armor save, or 3+ for his invulnerable save if the armor save isn't applicable. He doesn't get any other rolls without the benefit of some other special rule or equipment not mentioned here.
