I was just wondering if anyone on Dakka could direct me to a company that does custom plastic tokens, something along the lines of battle counters to indicate squads that have gone to ground, rallied, things like that.

If you are looking for custom, you can also consider a company like Ponoko. They offer laser cutting services...you provide the graphic and choose the material. I do that for most the rules we play and I have custom sets for about half my armies now so they don't get confused with the other armies markers.

Cost is generally cheaper, but you have to do all the work yourself. It isnt too hard though to create the graphics needed in a vector graphics program like Inkscape (free) or Illustrator (not so free).
