So I am looking at making a Deathwing army and liking the idea of a small all-terminator force. The list I've come up with with is:

HQ:
Belial - standard wargear
Deathwing Command Squad (5) - w/ Apocothary, Champion, DW Company Banner, Assault Cannon and 1x TH/SS

Troops:
Deathwing Terminators (5) - w/ Sgt (Powersword), Assault Cannon 1x Chainfist
Deathwing Terminators (10) -w/ Sgt (Powersword), Heavy Flamer, 2x TH/SS

Heavy Support:
Land Raider Crusader - Deathwing Vehicle

Total Cost = 1500pts

Plan of attack is to have Belial and the command squad deathwing assault on the first turn close up by the enemy and follow up the next turn by assaulting. Have the large squad of DWT Deathwing-assault on the second turn using Belials tactical presicion trait to avoid scatter. Finally, castle the smaller squad of DWT's in the LRC and have that provide fire support.

I like the idea that I can build a small and portable army like this but I'm concerned whether this list is competetive?

The biggest problem with this list is the inherent low model count. You will need, therefore, to use DWA and the mobility of the LRC to apply pressure to key points on the enemy line and focus on destroying the enemy bit by bit. The banner of fortitude is very useful in this kind of list, increasing your survivability against small arms by 33% and also helping against plasma. It also means you don't need the apocathary, giving you more PF hits and saving a few points. With so few models, you need to make every one count. This kind of list can win, but be prepared for a tough fight either way. (you are also a bit light on AA, but I assume from this you don't often see fliers.)

Ok some things I would change:

DW banner: as Paradigm said, I would recommend the FNP banner over this. You could lose the apothecary, as he would then be redundant. Therefore it would only cost 10 points more to give all your units FNP, which is fantastic.

Breakdown the 10 man squad: you only have 2 scoring units at 1500 points, why not make that 3?
From their equipment I guess you will be dropping them in with Belial, This is quite a lot of points to sink into one gimmick, and 1 TL heavy flamer will already burn down most T3-4 4+ save units anyway.
5 men and Belial should get the job done fine.

Change around some special weapons: You have 2 HF's , 2 AC's, 2 TH/SS, a CF and a Champion.
I would recommend dropping a flamer for another AC or CML, to get the points I would certainly drop the champion and probably both the TH/SS. With this you would have the points for either another AC and CF, or a CML.

I'm personally not a fan of non assault-squad TH/SS in 6th edition. New wound allocation (and order of shooting (enemy chooses weapon order)) means that they are more likely to be shot down by small arms fire, instead of protecting the squad vs the ap 1 &2 they are supposed to. This makes them a lot less useful than they used to be, a little unwieldy in their positioning and a little more expensive when they die.
