With the amount of bikes/termies you have I would drop the Libby scouts for azreal freeing up some slots in elites/fast

Also the 5 assault marines are pretty much a waste unless your suiciding them in which case drop the packs add a pod and remove the fist

What I have found with the new book is deathwing is fun but less competitive. So I would either abandon ravenwing and deathwing entirely or do a majority ravenwing with tac and dev squads to hold the backfield. That's assuming you are shooting for the most competitive list you can
