So my severe "add" prevents me from ever finishing anything I start on;

Here is the latest additions to my ever growing collection (hoping to be able to have a full 1st Company in the coming months)

I'm attempting subtle OSL on the lighitng claws. So far I had the parts to build 4, but I should have enough for one more

Nice looking claws!

Just a fun idea...because they're Salamanders....

Instead of blue/white gradient, use a red/yellow or red/white to simulate more fire/heat oriented claws.

Three!! Three successful trades! Ah ah ah!

Hmm... that sounds good I can probably try that tonight, unless something else catches my attention and I start new projects.

Would it make sense to go from black > red > orange > yellow > white

I'll definitely see if i can get it to look decent.

I second the red to white transition for the 'heated' claws. Personally i would suggest not keeping any black coloration on the claws them selves. Start it off with a smooth fully covering coat of red instead.

Oh stop complaining, its for the greater good... Now get in the box!

The subtle blue looks good, but I'll echo the calls for fire based weaponry. I did mine like this:

The overall effect simple went from Scab Red as a base, through Blood Red, Troll Slayer Orange, Yriel Yellow, Flash Gitz Yellow and finished with an highlight on the tip with white - so it's simple enough to do, especially since you've already got blending down to a T - Which you'll note I haven't .
