This is the list that i like to run, as it has a bit of everything to handle just about anything. I ran this list against a good Tau player with all the stuff (IA Riptide, pathfinders, Missile-sides, ADLFWs w/ ethereal) and i almost beat that list, as I was one First Blood KP away (he got a lucky pen with an 18" fusion blaster from an infiltrated stealth suit, on the front of one of my preds). I don't know as of yet if I could do well in a tournament with this, but I'm confident that this could do well for itself
Your tac squads could easily be focused down and you wouldn't be able to score objectives. Otherwise looks decent. I'd consider dropping the chapter master, trimming some points, and throwing in a third squad. Or getting some rhinos or pods.
I'm not a fan of preds either. If you're using 13/11/10 vehicles that don't game cover in any way expect to give up fb fairly often.
