A libby is a great buff for a pally squad. Might want to consider adding shrouding and sanctuary, maybe drop smite though.
The pallys won't need halbreds if you have quicksilver to make swords I10. I would also drop the stave as it is just too expensive for a pally. Good for a libby who you want alive, but otherwise drop. The apocathary is nice, but most things that scare pallys are S8 and above, so it makes them all but immune to small arms. However, watch for pie plates and other things, plus you could have the apothecary sniped out by a lucky shot. Master crafting is also generally a waste of points in 6th.
Drop all the nemesis force upgrades on the GKSS. There are only 2 weapons to consider, a hammer in the unit for damage(not on the justicar) or a halbred on the justicar for challenges.
The dreadknight should drop the psilencer and maybe the cannon. The psilencer is all but useless for the cost, and the cannon is OK but not great. An incinerator is the best buy. The hammer is useless too, as the fists allow you to hit at S10 so you are paying a premium just for concussive. Better to go dual fists or a sword cause you can still get S10 and have re rolls due to the FAQ.
Even with grand stragety, your scoring units are slim and your board presence even slimmer. Try to get some more stuff on the table.

Not a bad start for this list. I would slim the Libby down, remove the stave as a Paladin has it already. Take shrouding and sanctuary - shrouding will really help when in cover and sanctuary can stop any counter assaults.
Drop the crap from the Strike Squad and just take the psycannon. Take another unit if you can.
Take just the incinerator on the Dreadknight. Ditch the Vindicare grab another Dreadknight, having two big monsters and a super unit of mega tough Terminators will be seriously hard to shift.
I guess you are deep striking the Paladins?

I'd say drop the Falchions and Stave on the SS, toss in a hammer or two instead. Maybe a Halberd as Dr. Serling suggested. I'd also swap out the heavy Psycannon for the Heavy Incinerator. GK Incinerators are better than SM Heavy Flamers, and he has Torrent. I assume the Vindicare is in your list to pop vehicles mainly, so that the Paladins and DK can eat its contents? If not, I'd question his place in the list and focus on some AT.

The range. You place the "pointy" end of the fire template within 12 inches of the weapon and the broad end no nearer than the pointy. That gives you 12 inches plus the fire template and you can draw a line over an enemy's unit as long as the named requirements are fulfilled . Sadly, only the DreadKnight can carry that thing...

I took the vindicare to pop vehicles and yes I am deepstriking the Paladins. I gave the Dradknight the Heavy Psycannon to wipe big squads and the Gatling Psilencer to finish the job.

Were you planning on deepstriking the Libby with the Pallies? If so, a few Servo-skulls would make for a devastating second turn: drop in close with 10 pallies who shoot Psycannons and Holocaust, and have a Librarian Warp Rift and Vortex them as well. That'll ruin anyone's day.
Others on the net hate the Gatling Psilencer, but I love it on a DK. As to the Heavy Psycannon, it's not that it's bad, it's just that the Incinerator is better. It ignores cover and is S6, whereas everybody you're shooting that DK at is probably going to be hunkered down in cover.

Giving the libby the Summoning also can give the enemy some nasty surprises, because it moves whole squads. Or it can save your vindicare before it gets killed.

I was thinking of putting Draigo with the SS and the Librarian with the Paladins. Draigo would keep the SS alive while they were on an objective and the Paladins would have fun ruining all of theirs.

so you would pay 275 for Draigo for him not to fight?
Thats a bit expensive to keep a unit alive that is cheaper then him i think

Driago needs to go with the Paladins, his lascannon catcher is outstanding. It was untouchable in 5th and still good in 6th. Put him out front take all the S8+ wounds, LOS the T7-/AP3+ wounds and keep those Paladins alive and Psycannons firing.
The Heavy Incinerator is one of the best ranged weapons around. You'll love it the first time you teleport T1 and make 12 Fire Warriors Disappear before charging their backline T2. Dreadknights work better in pairs and are down right scary in triplets. Many armies can drop one, but most struggle to drop both before they assault something juicy. S6 AP4 Torrent Flamer after a shunt is just plain gravy. If you can find the points the Greatswords are amazing, but not truly necessary. Make sure to point them at something pricey.
