I just recently separated from the Air Force and returned to Nebraska. 6 years service was enough so back to the civilian life i go! Currently im still waiting for my stuff to be shipped and im living with my parents for the time being up in Taylor, but im hoping to find a place by the end of next week down in the Milford/Lincoln area since i intend to attend college down there.

I play Orks and Tau for 40k and Trollbloods for Warmahordes. I wouldnt say im a seasoned veteran but im not an idiot newbie by any means (started about 6th ed coming out, and my gaming group in south korea was very active so i played a LOT).

Interested in meeting others either at a club or just someones garage/game room lol i dont care long as we can play. Also willing to goto kearney or grand island, but that'd be about an hour-ish drive so i wouldnt show up as often lol.

Welcome back to nebraska. I just recently finished my contract with the army back in October. I usually just troll dakka and created this account to answer your question.
Guantlet games is probably going to be your best bet. Most of the crowd there is friendly and eager to help with whatever you need. They also offer a wide spectrum of games.
Weekends are good for 40k, warhammer, and war machine.

Was told they play Warmahordes on tuesdays but i probably wont show up for that for awhile. Im still waiting on all my crap to show up so during the week im 3hrs away hanging out at the parents so i actually have something to do lol

Yeah I understand the time constrictions. My wife and I just had a little girl so it's hard for me to get down there. Plus I just re-entered playing the game recently. My name is Ronnie most of the guys down there know me. I can't tell you for sure how many play 40k these days but I know there's a good number of players. Maybe one day we can meet up and play a game. It's a bit easier to schedule something for me as I have to find a babysitter. But be forewarned I haven't played a game of 40k since early 4th edition so I'm a bit rusty these days and it may take some time.

Lol np. I can help bring you back up to speed fairly quick since people like to call me a "rule shark" even though i do it more for things that screw me over more than help me because i like a fair match.

Literally done that on things that costed me the game, so im not a WAAC by any means despite "playing the rules" rather strictly.
