Hey guys, I've posted variations of this list before but this is the finalized version before I go out and buy and just looking to see if there's any last suggestions or tweaks y'all could help me with.

Here's the plan: Behind the ADL the tac squad with the libby, the devastators with Azrael and the two whirlwinds form a mini-castle. The two ravenwing squads flank/rush to take care of vehicles and objective holders/small backfield units. The deathwing will DS where they're needed, either to support the castle from assaults/drop pod armies, or scatterless near the Ravenwing to pressure the opponent.
My thinking is that everything in the castle has a 4++ and between the Devs LC"s and the whirlwinds I have some decent firepower. The ravenwing gives me flexible mobility with a punch (although limited) and the deathwing are my do anything squad. Also realize that everything but the devastators/whirlwinds can score.
So, what do you think? I'm not trying to win tournaments but I would like to be able to hold my own in most friendly games against most lists. Are there any armies/lists I'm going to have a lot of trouble against, any you think I should walk over? And most importantly any changes/tweaks to optimize my set up? I'd prefer to keep the general theme of Azrael and a mix of DW/RW and Tacs. but otherwise I'm open to ideas (I'd love to fit a darkshroud in somehow).

I think that you will find that you are going to have trouble in objective based games. If 2 bikes squads and a single 5 man termie squad is all I can expect up in my face then honestly I wouldnt be worried. One round of shooting can easily soften up them to uneffictive levels.

He has 6 scoring units at 1500 which is good

Yeah I'm not too worried about objectives between my 6 scoring units and the two whirlwinds+flamer bikes I should be able to hold my own on that end. I'm not sure about other threats especially deathstars and fast moving assaults (also some of the fast MC's). Still looking for any criticism or tweaks.

I'm not sold on the Terminators in the list. I'm not sure what your local meta is like but in my area there are to many Riptides to make them worth it. They don't have alot of flexibility once they have arrived. I would suggest dropping them for more bikes/attack bikes.

Not really, 2 Whirlwinds provide extra anti-hoard, barage sniping, as well as ignores cover (which is one of the best things in the game).

IMO ive seen gaurd switching to carapace and most other armies are 3+ armour save so the ap 5 doesnt really make it as effective one is plenty for 20 more points you can add a dakka banner for anti horde.
Drop some bikes and a whirlwind to max the terminator squad out add terminator armour to your librarian do as above and drop the aegis that might clear up enough points
and idk about you but i prefer wounds before one of your precious devistators out, drop one las cannon giving you 2 wounds before you lose a 34 point model.

Also, I am pretty sure the Quad Cannon is better AA than the Icarus Cannon (I read a post where they did the maths).
