Great! I love it!
Do the gunners come with the model, or are those FW?

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you and to hear the lamentations of the women.

They do come with the model. I tried to find some reference of what colors the Imperial Navy should wear and thought blue was ok. I did not want them to look like other guard.

Really lovely work. The (outer side) of the rear hatch is especially nice as far as tones and gradations.

Dakka is the ork word for shooting, but the ork concept of shooting is saturation fire. Just as there is no such thing as a "miss" in a target-rich environment, there is no such thing as a "dodge" in a bullet rich one

I tried Tamiya clear green but I could not get a consistent layer so I used the Createx transparent green that came with my airbrush kit and sprayed one pass from a further distance to avoid it spider-ing all over. I printed the stencil from http://sincain40k.blogspot.ca/2013/02/take-these-broken-wings.html. Both wings were painted tan and a few some brown patches and then the stencil was used as a mask when I painted the rest green. I tacked the mask down with poster putty and only painted from directly above to avoid it creeping under the edges. Decals are not my strong suit and I am too cheap to pay for forge world.
