I just checked GW's website, and most of the fleet sections are empty. This makes me sad. I have always loved naval combat and 40k is no exception. So, it sucks to see BFG so neglected. I don't suppose their is any rumors floating around about a BFG reboot maybe?

If they did a reboot I'd buy it in a heartbeat, prices for BFG stuff online are outrageous!

They have discontinued all the specialist games at the moment, but I doubt they will totally neglect their IP. They may put out a boxed set every few years like they did with Space Hulk.

Anyway, don't worry. There are plenty of 3rd party model companies that make Gothic Space ships and the fan community is strong enough to keep the game alive.

Yeah I just checked the website and it looks like most of the specialist games sections have been purged.

They'll probably be back

BFG was v2 of "spacefleet" anyway.

They will retread it again. With luck, it will be another spacehulk and not another dreadfleet.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

So $100 for a rulebook, 5 plastic imperial ships, 5 plastic chaos ships, and some scenarios.

I really miss that game. I mean, the Chaos ships are still some of the best models GW has ever done!

Still have my 1500 point Necron fleet and all the little addendums. Sad, noone seems to remember it at the local GW shop.
