So After what has felt like weeks, I finally nabbed me a reaper bones mini. Originally I assumed this would fit the D&D crowd or the Fantasy crowd, Until I had a look at destiny: The bugbear.
Spoiler:

I compared it to a warboss that was on a table, a good height similar. And ONLY $2.50!! I gladly grabbed some quarters/nickels/dimes and paid for a miniature for the first time with only change, and I'd never do that with any other mini. If I paid quarters for a $20 warboss, I'd probably get thrown out.

I had to make a few stops on the way home so in the car it sat for 30 minutes...in 90 degree weather. The cheap glue reaper uses gave way and my model was magically unassembled. But the model itself held up fine.
Spoiler:

I compared it in size to my AoBR boss Gubstop and it looks pretty close.
Spoiler:

Handling it it is VERY bendable. But it always bent back. I am a bit worried about how paint will hold up with it soo bendy.
Spoiler:

I started lopping hands off and that was really easy. My razor is nearing it's end and starting to lose that sharpness, but the soft PVC gave in like it was butter. Some cleanup was needed though, rough edges would form at the ends of the cut. but a slight trim worked to prob.

Glue was another worry. I just stuck with cheap dollar tree superglue, it's a solid runner for my conversions. And it held up just fine.
Spoiler:

I added an orge's sword and used a nob's head from AoBR, as well as an 'ard boy shoulder pad. I'm going to use some fill in under the neck and add some small dakka. But He's meant to be a former feral ork boss.
Spoiler:

Overall, it was an easy process and having another boss is great. I cannot wait to see more bones figs!

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I took his shield and turned it into an armored chest plate with the warhammer fantasy orc icon, and added a shoota to his back.

I think most of the small alterations you've made look great, I like the pose. The only thing I'm not sure of is the chest plate as I think the muscles are nicely detailed and would look great painted, would be a shame to hide them. Maybe some kind of boss pole attached to the back somehow? Some kind of fur adornment in keeping with the feral theme.

Tbh though, I think the model just before the addition of the chest plate is great. Especially for the money spent! Would love to see it painted.

I much prefer the head with the metal jaw, but that looks good

I have half a mind to kill you, and the other half agrees
