Subject: Portalglyph - Spawn Troops On Turn It Comes Out?

I am unclear on the ruling of the Portalglyph. It states it can be dropped at any point in the movement phase, and it spawns troops at the end of the turn AFTER it comes out.
Does that AFTER mean after it comes out in the initial turn, or the following turn?

It spawns troops at the end of the turn AFTER it comes out.
Is the turn it was dropped the turn after it was dropped?

If the Portalglyph is placed during the movement phase, then the end of that movement phase is certainly 'after the Portalglyph has been placed, . .'

While not really a definite answer, in almost every battle rep I've read where the Daemons player has taken a Portalglyph, they've rolled to see if it produces troops on the turn it was placed.

That is not what the OP said. so I presume his info was incorrect, specifically this: dlight wrote:it spawns troops at the end of the turn AFTER it comes out.
What is the exact wording of the portalglyph?
