Khorne Veteran Marine with Chain-Axe

Just picked up my DE army yesterday, am looking to learn everything I can. I have proxied two games before; one Carnival of Pain vs DA (loss) and one poison dakka vs Chaos Daemons (win).
HQ - Duke Sliscus - 150
Troops - Kabalite Warriors x10, Splinter Cannon, Raider w/FF & SRacks - 180
Kabalite Warriors x9, Raider w/FF & SRacks - 161
Wyches x5, Haywire, Venom w/SC - 125
Elites - Incubi x10, Klaivex w/Onslaught, Raider w/FF & Shock Prow - 325
Fast Attack - Reaver Jetbikes x10, Champion, Blaster x3 - 275
Hellions x9, Helliarch w/stun claw - 159
Heavy Support - Ravager w/FF & NS - 125
Duke goes with the 9 Warriors.
Do the raiders need the FF, considering they'll have Jink? Are 10 Incubi worth the points? I know Jetbikes are generally well regarded, and Hellions less so, but I love the hellion models.
Is there enough AT in this list? 6 Dark Lances and the Wych Haywire doesn't seem like much.
Please let me know what you experts think!
Cheers.

Generally raiders do not need flickerfields because of jink. That said, tau/eldar will ignore jink. Night shields are your best bet as they reduce range and reduce the number of dice rolled your direction.
The HQ and troops are fine.
10 incubi and a klaivex is insanely overkill, short of taking on a deathstar. The squad will assault and easily roll an enemy, then be left in the open and gunned down. 6-7 should be more than enough to do the job. 6th has been unkind to assault, and incubi are just not that useful anymore. Sometimes they can make their points back, but most games they won't be all that useful. If you are set on taking them, trim some points and add aethersails. You want them in combat ASAP, not footslogging where they will die. I would strongly consider dropping these and rounding your list out elsewhere.
Reavers only need to be 9 strong, the 10th is overkill as you already have the 3 blasters and 1 extra bladevane/body won't make or break things.
If you really want hellions, get more and grab baron saythonyx. He is an outright steal for his points, and makes the hellions much better. Points trimmed from your incubi and bikes will get you these.
You are low on AT, and a second ravager would really help. Or either airplane, but consider getting one.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

I agree and would add that for this point size, a squad of 6 reavers, without the Champion would be enough. In addition to what Serling said, I'd get rid of Onslaught and the Shock Prow, helping you make the Incubi Unit more affordable. With the points you save there, you could field a squad of Trueborn with Blasters in a Venom, who have been, time and again my MVPs, sometimes even more than Ravagers.
That said, I'd err on the side of too much DarkLance Fire.
