so looking to host a tournament at me local hobby shoppe, i'm gonna be playing as blood angels any comments/ suggestions lemme know:

You cant pick both rulebook and codex powers. You have to choose between one or the other list. Black rage is similar to presience if you like that make up.
I wouldn't personally mix plasma cannons and missile launchers despite there being only 1 st between them because if you are shooting at tanks the cannons just dont have it. If youre engaging ap2 the launchers just dont have it and plasma is overkill for swarm when launchers are cheaper. Will work nicely against meq though.
Without heavy tanks to distract firepower your speeder and razor will give away easy first blood kp (even with heavy tanks a smart opponent will still shoot them). For 55pts more than the speeder i would suggest a baal with tl assault cannons and heavy bolter sponsoons as its more durable and gives out more fire power.
I personally dont like razors as assault veichles unless spammed with assault squads simce the 6" move and disembark from rear without being able to assault just doesnt do the job its ment to. But if you want to take a razor a las-plas gives out far more bang for its buck. Although in a game under 1850pts its hard to get the dc into combat effectively since jps are 15pts and raiders are so expensive so i suppose a razor could be considered to fill the gap... just not as effectively as you want.
Can't comment on bikers as ive never run them but i know people who do successfully.
And lastly you might struggle with 2 scoring troops units who are going to get stuck into the thick of combat. Although i do think 2 assault squads are the mainstay of a BA army. Maybe try find the points for a scout sniper squad as these are often overlooked by the enemy and the objective vp points they score at the end often make a difference.
We run totally different lists so what im saying may sound like garbage but if you like any suggestion i hope it helps :-).

Get rid of missile launchers that aren't on speeders.

What's going in the razor back? I hope not the DC, because its not an assault transport.

I don't know what kind of tournament it is, nor what lever of the other players/other armies is.

However, I do not think that armylist is all that competiative.

yea had a game with this list against dark eldar managed a win but took a beating. didn't know about the power mixing i'll look into that. dropping d. co all together they can't get out quick enough and in the storm raven if it doesnt come in on turn 2 i'm in the deep end.

I'll try a baal otherwise thinking maybe a libby dreadnought for some more armour support

A furiso in a drop POD would work better than the LIB Dread.
Comes in turn one(drop pod assualt and you only have one drop pod)
Death Company - Jump packs
Razor Back - Give it to the Dev Squad
Bikes - i don't know how well they work but Assualt squads work just as well.
