As a new student at the university of Arkansas, I was wondering if any other Dallas members were in the area I saw that there is a flgs called castle house games in the area, and I was wondering what kind of community it has, I play 40k the least, but I have a sizable Skaven army and for hordes, around 200 points of painted legion.

You might want to add in a state to the subject. While you do have one in the body of the post, I checked out the thread thinking you were talking about Fayetteville, GA. People who are just scanning quickly through the forum for just their state might miss the thread.

You can play at BEARS by the Maul, and the main place i play at is Gamer Utopia in Rogers, we have about 6-7 regular players of 40k. I have a small-ish Hordes army and I havent really had a chance to play them but I'll play Hordes/40k with you sometime. If you send me a PM with your cell I'll give you more specific information but yes, there are places to play in fayetteville.

I know the guys at Castle House, they are a good group, Hogzofwar hails from there. is T-shirt explosion still open up there?

Most people in the NW Arkansas area play at T shirt Explosion in Springdale these days.

I'll have to check out T-Shirt explosion, unfortunately for the local FLGS business, castle house is no longer with us.

I'm no longer in the area, but check out http://thehogsofwar.forumotion.com/ it was reasonably active forum for scheduling games and finding where people are playing in NW AR.

Gamers Utopia in Rogers has 3 dedicated 4 by 6 foot tables,one has the Citadel modular terrain on it. I know there are 40K players, but I'm sure you and I both can get the Fantasy Battles going! I need a seasoned FB player to run me through the new rules anyway, I've not played FB since the last ed. Just picked up the newest rules last week actually.
Its not far from Fayetteville. The store rearranged so the card players have an area and the table-top wargamers have the back area.

Well this might actually become something then, since I have a friend who is interested in starting up VC, usually once a few people start playing the new game a lot of the on the fence people will join in. However at the moment the amount of space I have available in my dorm room is.... limited. However I'd love to stay in touch, I'll most likely be moving a lot of my hobby stuff up to Arkansas after the holidays.
