I want to deploy a squad of 10 Grey Hunters, a Wolf Priest and a Rune Priest in a Land Raider Redeemer.
Can they start the game in a Land Raider or do they need to enter it in the first turn?

You can deploy any infantry unit in any non-dedicated transport, although the rules are admittedly a little vague on this point, as they mainly deal with the restriction on dedicated transports, rather than spelling out how the others work.

Page 121, "Deploying Transport Vehicles". Reading the whole paragraph actually makes it preeetty damn clear, although Insaniak is correct.

Also be careful about how you take your land raider. If you take it as a Heavy Support option, then page 121 has your answer.

However, if you take the Land Raider as a dedicated transport for your Wolf Guard unit, then the Grey Hunter may NOT start deployed inside the Land Raider.
