i have the following
30 cultist
10 plague marines with, plasma gun, melta gun, champion with plasma pistol with power fist
10 chosen with 3 meltas and plasma gun, champion with power fist and plama pistol
2 rhinos
1 chaos lord(dark vengeance)
5 obliteraters
i might be getting another 4 obliteraters a daemon prince 10 warptalons and 2 hell drakes
is this a good idea??????

Plague Marines are auto win, most people have a few squads of 7, usually with 2 Plasma Guns.

The chosen are over costed and not much better than regular CSM. You could use them individually as squad champions if they're the Dark vengeance ones.

The rest is ok, I wouldn't go for the warp talons, as cool as they look, they're just not cost effective and have no grenades :( A possible 9 Obliterators is a bit much imo but hey, it's always good to have spares! I'd probably get some Autocannon Havocs (the horus heresy forge world ones look badass btw)

People may hate you for the Heldrakes, but that doesn't matter!

I'd consider more plague marines. A single squad is a nuisance. Two squads is a threat.

Also those obliterators are going to get lonely in your opponent's deployment zone. I'd consider something that can meet up with them on turn 2. MoN bikes, for example, would fit your theme and are rather good at the moment.
