I'd use plasticard. A strip of 0.5mm (Evergreen call this size 020 - it's their thickness in thousandths of an inch). Thick enough to use and thin enough to curve without needing hot water. If you can get it in 3mmx0.5mm strips (or close enough), that might do the job.
Notch it with a hobby knife to make the teeth.

Tricky part is working out how long to make the strip. I have never played orks or made ork stuff, but I've used this stuff for lots of other things and it's very versatile.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Ive used differents sized pens, or mechanical pencils and broke them and cut a piece out and then in half so you have a half moon then put spikes on the front.

I've seen people use the shoulder pads also, but it doesnt look right its not round enough to use in my opinion.

If you have some plastic card you could make either a round one or a square one.

The Iron Jaw is named Iron Gob or War Jaw in the fluff i looked on google and didnt find to many pictures other than the normal bits.

Good Luck!

Just eyeball it! If the piece looks about right you can bend it to shape by warming it with a hairdryer (or over a candle if you're a pyro) and wrapping it around a suitable cylinder (a parker pen cartridge is probably about right for an ork jaw).

Thanks for all the help.

I had a go at one this morning. I only have 0.5mm Plasticard (not sure what the thousandths of an inch conversion is for that but it bends reasonably well).

The connectors at the end are old watch cogs.

Finally got around to writing a guide on it.
