Nidus is a safe, cool and unisex gaming hub in Newcastle for video, board and alt games. We offer contests, gamejams and food/drink.
Nidus is the vision of a team of three friends who in essence, love gaming. The Nidus team have enjoyed years of amazing experiences, reveals and memories and feel that they have a great idea to develop. We have a vision to add something amazing to the industry.
Nidus was conceived from the small experiences that the team have enjoyed together, taking time away from work once a week to enjoy a board game or a competitive video game and yearning for a way to enjoy these experiences more frequently, which as you know becomes more difficult as your life progresses. We've dreamed of a hub where we can go and unwind once in a while and it simply doesn't exist. So we realise that we have had to create this environment.
We understand that online gaming has helped us to develop lasting relationships with people that we would otherwise never get to meet.
At Nidus you can interact with fellow gamers through the games themselves, expressing personality, skill and humour in a fresh and unique environment.
