First thing first, you can't take the Axe on a prince of Nurgle, only on a Khorne one. You can take the Black Mace in its place for 10 points more. Also you dont need or can take Auro of Dark Glory, as you already have the 5+ invul from just him being a Daemon. Also take him a Power armour since without it he is pretty much useless and dies surprisingly fast to massed bolter/lasgun fire. For the Terminators, I would get a mix of Combi-Melta and Plasma and also get a Chainfist to go vehicle hunting.
Now about Typhus, and speaking from experience here, he is not that good. Sure he has a Str 6 force daemon weapon, but he is painfully slow and is not eternal warrior, so he just dies instantly to any force weapon or monstrous creature he is up against. Also, for your point limit having 2 very costly HQs is not great, since you lose points from elsewhere.
What I noticed is that you dont run any Heldrakes. I don't know if that is just because you dont have any or to keep it fluffy, but they are the most OP fliers right now. If you take any always go with the Baleflamer for some MEQ hunting.
Also, if you keep Typhus drop the Prince and get Plague marines with meltaguns instead of regular Nurgle-marked marines. For 9 points more per marine you get FnP, 2 special weapons per team and a poisoned weapon to deal with monstrous creatures up close. Also generaly drop the Dirge Casters on the Rhinos since the yare not an assault vehicle and also take a Dozer Blade for the Land Raider, you dont want that thing stuck in a wood.
If you dont take Typhus defenatly use his points to either get a couple Predators or even some Havocs with Las/Autocannons for some long-range support.

Too bad about the Heldrakes. I would definitely suggest you invest into one, they are just too good, but that's your own thing to decide of course.

Ok, I've given the DP the mace, armor and dropped the extra 5+ save.
Due to points I've only managed to get 2xchainfists into the termies but better than nothing.
I've taken 3x5 units of Plaguemarines in Rhinos with 1 plasma gun and 1 flamer per unit. Are those weapons worth it?
Due to points everything else is pretty much the same.

I plan on using Typhus with the Termies in the LR, PMs to capture or take objs and the Zombies as a screen/nuisance/backfield capture.
DP flies about in support preferably behind the LR for cover the first turn or two until he finds a target.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of Flamers, but if your local meta is consisted of light infantry users (IG, Tyranids, Orks...) it is then defenatly worth it, plus you get the nice D3 overwatch autohits. The plasma guns are great due to this meta with all the Riptides and Terminators. Also on the Termies you don't need 2 Chainfists, one is enough to do the work. Most vehicles have a rear armour of 10, so it insta-glances in the worst case (1 out of 36). If you intend to go LR hunting though, defenatly take the second one. If you go the 2 Chainfists road take combi-plasmas, as you already need to be close to use the meltas, why not charge instead. You do need some anti-air though, even in the form of a Quad-Gun. Not sure on how to squeeze it though.
Anyway, you definetly have a nice list there and you should be ok against most armies. Hope I helped you.

Thanks for the help foko, yeah anti air is a definite problem, cant see how to squeeze in a quad or adl though.
I'll tweak a bit more with the weapon loadsouts.
