Looking to build a competitive to semi competitive CSM army at 2000pts for Saturday. I would like to avoid being "That Guy" So no 3+ Heldrake lists please!

The list I ended up running was
Huron Blackheart
Sorcerer - Lvl2, MoT, Sigil of Corruption
Terminators x4 - MoT, Power Axe x4, Combi-Bolter x4
Land Raider
CSM x10 - MoN, Melta, Flamer, PF
CSM x10 - MoN, Melta, Flamer, PF
Cultist x15 - MoN, CCW-Pistol
Cultist x15 - MoN, CCW-Pistol
Raptors x5 - MoN, Melta, PF
Raptors x5 - MoN, Melta, PF
Obliterators x3 - MoN
Didn't do too bad, Won against Death Guard, and Tau. Necrons pulled a win on me though. Power fisting Riptides in the face is satisfying though.
Ended up taking 4th in the tournament as I didn't get any points for Painting/Modeling as I just got the army and haven't had a lot of time to work on it. 1st was Heldrake/Zombie spam, 2nd went to Nids, 3rd was taken by Necrons, 4th was my Alpha Legion, 5th was Plague Marines, 6th was 5ed. Space Marines, and 6th was taken by Tau.
