Who is the better jack caster?
Nemo2 seems to have a better (or at least more flexible) feat, makes things faster, and has Focus Matrix which seems useful.
Nemo3, on the other hand, has Finch, who gives tremendous focus efficiency. She seems pretty easy to kill, though, and without her it's hard to see him maintaining all his upkeeps and fueling multiple warjacks. (You do, however, get to blast things with lightning. And I'll admit I started playing Cygnar because I wanted to play with giant steam-powered robots that shoot lightning.)
(And let's leave Kraye out of this, because even though he's awesome, he's also completely different, but if someone wants to make a case for Nemo1 or even Darius, go for it.)

I suggest you buy N3mo
Because he is more expensive, once you buy N3mo, buying eNemo won't be a problem at all since he is so cheap
In the end you will have both, because Nemo is FREAKING AWESOME
Also I suggest picking up pNemo as well
I absolutely hate Cygnar, I own eNemo and Arlan just because of how awesome they are

N3mo. With finch, he is an absolute beast for stormclads and thunderheads(all warjacks really, just those in particular). In addition, the enemy will be focused alot on killing finch- to the point that they may leave something open, or focus less on n3mo himself!

Well, by way of background, right now I have a list like:
Nemo
-Ironclad
-Rowdy
-Charger
-Centurion
(Nemo2 would have squire; Nemo3 can't take a squire, which makes the jack points pretty close)
Arlan
Which leaves about 5-6 points for infantry/other stuff (or I could bring no infantry at all, and bring some more support solos.)

I love Nemo3's spells and abilities, but without tons of lightning attacks, that feat is kinda useless. Stormclad + Stormblades + Stormsmiths + Storm from the Xmen seems mandatory.
eNemo is just, well, EPIC.

I tried a few games with Nemo2, running a bunch of heavies at 35 points. It felt pretty baller, but I need to tweak the list to add either some screening infantry or a Sentinel because it seemed too easy for my opponent to get a few clear shots at Nemo (and kill him.)
Still, I got into this game to smash things with giant steam-powered robots, and Nemo does not disappoint!

I'm new and currently transitioning my cygnar list from the "Whelp that looks like 35 points to me!" stage to the "Lets build an amy with tactics and fun in mind!" stage. I'm currently having the great Nemo2 vs Nemo3 debate with myself as well. I also really like the Centurion. So what is this mythical list with 2 Centurions and Nemo2?
My thought for nemo2 was 2 squads of storm guard (possibly one of them silver) thunderhead, some fireflys, and storm callers for some lightning fun. But i haven't built it yet due my fear that i lack the stopping power needed for heavies.

Depends on what you want to do.
Nemo 3 specifically powers a lightning fueled assassination. Finch
helps with 'jacks that only want 2 focus, so your mileage may vary.
Nemo 2 can run the freaking gun show. How many Chargers
can you fit into a Nemo2 list? How many do you have?!

If you have the Cygnar book you could just get Nemo 3 and run him without caitlin for Nemo 2.
