Not very many bodies, but I think if I'm aggressive enough with the tank it'll draw fire away from the troops. Thoughts?

Its clear you want to be evil, I'd say your not being evil enough. Drop farseer, he is a force multiplier and you haven't really got a force to multiply. Instead take the ultimate cheese, the dreaded LaughingTarch. To fit him in you would need to find 30pts, which is ''laughably'' easy by dropping the 2 cannons and spirit stones.
So the list would look like
Autarch on jetbike with lazer lance, fusion gun and mantle of the laughing god (stealth, shrouded, re-roll cover saves, Hit'n'Run but loses ability to join units. Who cares? You now have a 2+ re-rollable cover save simply for moving!!!) for 145pts
2 units of 3 wind riders for 102 pts. (Half your units need to be on the table, guess which 2? *Hint, not these guys*. With master strategist's help these guys stay in reserve as long as possible. If they come on, turbo boast them to where they can't be shot, continue to do this until last turn. Pounce on objectives. Profit)
Fire prism with holofields and cannon. 150pts (Does your heavy lifting, with such a long range there is no excuse for this thing to die unless deepstriking melta. Large blast clears entire units of the bored while small one will decimate the obvious termy spam someone will do. We ALL know what the lance does.)
Game goes turn 1. Prism takes out anything that is a threat/ignores cover with a range that can target you (Say leman russ), tarch turbo boasts to put pressure on *Something*.
Turn 2. Everything still alive? Should be. Prism continues to kill threat if it failed last turn, other wise it starts to pound troops. Bikes hopefully don't come in, if they do, hide them. Tarch charges/shoots something he can handle (Go for small squads, preferably troops or transports/rear armour) and kills it.
Turn 3, bikes hid again. Prism continues barrage. 1 man army Tarch kills another unit. When enemy is crippled (No transports/no troops) then simply boast away as you auto win on objectives thanks to jetbikes.
Win. Simple! What do you think?

Autarch on a bike is just plain cheese lol, hadn't thought of that. But hey, If Necrons can take 3 annihilation barges, screw it, right? lol.
Only thing I'm concerned about is the prism taking a crew stunned/shaken result from shots, which the spirit stones were there to alleviate since I could ignore the result probably and still fire blast weapons. What do you think about fitting in a unit of rangers somehow?

You could get 1 unit of rangers by dropping the shuri cannon, but that's up to you. I personally think that the bikes are the safer option, being able to hide in reserve then hide until last turn. Rangers give a legitimate unit to target and even with a 2+ cover save your not particularly safe with only 5 bodies. But the choice for you is which is better, far better objective stealing, but slightly less survivability (Mitigated by the fact they hide all game) and less damage output. To a more survivable, far worse objective grabber (They are objective holders, not grabbers) but a higher damage output that *May* precision shot a heavy weapon once every few games.
If you did want rangers, the list would look like
Autarch on jetbike with mantle, lance and fusion gun. 145
1x3 wind riders. 51pts
1x5 rangers. 60pts
Fire prism with holo's 140pts
396pts.
In all honesty you would probably never fire the prisms cannons, and I guess spiritstones might be worth more where he IS your fire power and you don't want him shaken. So list 2 looks like
Autarch on jetbike with mantle, lance and fusion gun. 145
2x3 wind riders. 102pts
Fire prism with holo's and spirit stones 150pts
397pts.
I would advise number 2 simply because bikes are the safer option and they have a lovely effect of since they aren't on the table, he only has two targets. Both are monstrously resilient .It takes 288 bolter shots to down the Autarch if my math is right. A fire prism sits at a nice AV 12 where lances won't help, and with holo's ignores half the shots at it. Assuming auto cannons (Thats what most people will be taking as they cover light tank and infantry) and forgetting explosions it takes 18 hits *36shots from BS 3, 24shots from BS 4* to kill it (3 hull points, 2/3s don't glance/pen, ignore 1/2, so they need 6 pens/glances). So all his infantry shots will be wasted at the Autarch while his tank shots bounce off prism until the prism kills whats shooting at it. If you add rangers to the equation then he has something to shoot his AI at apart from something that ignores 35/36 shots thrown at him.
