I am going to be making a fly lord list with daemons and CSM. I want my CSM cultists to be flies. I have searched around the usual mini sites and have had no luck. I am also rubbish at sculpting from scratch. Reaper has a single fly, but it runs $8 a pop.

Any suggestions?

The Fecalings sound about right. Make sure you elevate them to the height of a cultist to avoid shenanigans. I'd also consider two per base.
