This is what I plan to buy. What armies will destroy this list? I know I'll have a bad time against Dark Eldar but I'm okay with this.
Took that Land Speeder because I was out of ideas.
I really love my Stormraven and I don't think I'm going to drop it no matter what

I'm no Space Marines expert, but I really like how your list turns out.

No idea what could be its strengths and weaknesses though.

From what I've heard, people mostly play the Stormtalon by pair. But I guess the Stormraven Gunship is a valid wing-mate for the Stormtalon ^^

I added some tacticals in transports into my white scars list just because people were placing their units up into buildings etc, so that i could not get into combat when i was playing ravenwing, so that is why you allways should bring something, that can get up stairs. This won't be a problem if there are no buildings/ruins on the table ofc.

I could maybe exchange 5 bikes with flamers and the Land Speeder for 8 Tactical Marines with Flamer, Combi-Flamer and a Rhino.

Basically this gives me just 6 bolters and 2 flamers (one a one-use only deal) on 8 bodies with t4 that can climb stairs. And a Rhino
My previous option had 3 twin-linked bolters with 2 flamers on 5 bodies with t5. And a Land Speeder.

I don't know if one unit of Tacticals would change very much and I'm not keen on dropping one of the melta or grav squads.

Also if I lose the roll-off at the start and they will destroy that Rhino I'm left with footslogging Tacticals (they are in the middle of the table, but still...).

Without the Rhino, your units are less likely to easily giveup the FB to your opponent if you're going 2nd. Plus, just as you said, less risks to find yourself with an unit stuck in the middle of nowhere, disembarking from their now exploded/wrecked Rhino

You've got (imho) sufficient firepower to get rid off some units hidden on upper floors.
