Subject: How does a unit with multiple leaderships take a morale/leadership test?

Human Auxiliary to the Empire

I am still new to playing and haven't played much with other people and my one friend i don't think even knows.
For instance;
I have a Space Marine Tactical Squad with Sergeant and a Company Master that joined the unit. The SM have a leadership of 8, the Sergeant 9, and the Company Master 10.
the unit suffers a 50% casualty in one turn. They test for Leadership, but which figure do I use?

Glorious Lord of Chaos
The burning pits of Hades, also known as Sweden in summer

You always use the highest value in the unit, unless the unit is affected by some special debuff. (Such as that warlord trait which I cannot remember the name of.)
So, in this case, 10.

Thank you very much. I had a feeling it was something like that but wasn't too sure.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
