seems a waste to run this list as Ironhands. All those bikes make more since as White Scar successor. You really need higher model count or vehicle heavy lists for Iron Hands.

A few things wrong here, first unless you include Khan you can't take bikes as troops, A captain or Chapter master on bike only allows 1 squad to be taken as troops. Second, Command squads can't take special weapons, until they FAQ it they can only take combi's or other ranged weapons.

Then, they raised prices on the Orks, and I did not speak out because I did not play Orks.

Then, they raised prices on the Nids, and I did not speak out because I did not play Nids.

Then, they raised prices on the Marines, and there was nobody to speak out for me.

Unless they FAQ it you can't take special weapons on command squads.

1 for 2 re-read the section on captains and chapter masters all 5+ squads are troops.

The command squad would have to to take combi plasma thats true.

The iron hands bike squad is nice but the only thing it does over white scars is make your characters have it will not die and 6+ FNP on the rest of the bikes because your already getting a 5+ FNP from the command squad.

The scout move from khan and white scars gives your bike list the ability to shoot first turn with the grav guns.

Also see discussion I started in you make the call on the burning blade/shield eternal my interpretation is you get one or the other.

I would drop the FA slots add AB to all the other squads and add some dreads or something so you actually have an umph to those bikes.

Dreads die faster then bike squads even if they do get it will not die. The white scars +1 to jink saves is less appealing then the 6+ feel no pain because the feel no pain on a 5 man bike squad may save a biker from a baleflamer where as the better jink save does nothing to protect bikers from cover save ignoring weaponry with ap 3 or better. taking into account that on average you will be rolling your 3+ armor more then your 4+/3+ cover and you still retain a 5+/4+ cover save, the feel no pain actually is more likely to save bikers in addition the warlord (4 wounds, toughness 5, It will not die, eternal warrior & feel no pain 6+) sells his hide much more dearly then a white scars chapter master who lacks the feel no pain & it will not die.

Should the double relics prove illegal i'll swap the burning blade to the captain and give the chapter master the fist.

As for the command squad, wow I actually didnt notice this. That pretty terrible. I'll just switch them to plasma pistols instead I guess.
