I feel you are not using the Fists to the best of their potential.

My first critique is you have no anti-air at all. Aside from that Whirlwinds are...Whirlwinds I guess. I would prefer TFC or another squad of devastators. I don't think the terminators are doing that much for you with that loadout. Why not go with some hammernators. Consider adding in an ADL as well with a quad gun.

It looks a lot better, another point I would bring up is your warlord only has two wounds. Perhaps consider a terminator captain instead at the same point value.

I think that's a fair point on the chaplain. Any other weaknesses? I'm least sure about how exactly to kit out my tactical squads.

It's clearly not something that EVERY unit has to maximize on, but taking advantage of free Tank Hunters on Devastators and the Bolter Bonuses on Basic Marines is definitely the way to rock it. Of all the models to boast redundancy on, I feel like the Whirlwind works much better as a one-hit wonder. It might be far more effective to bring one of the new Anti-Air tanks that come in at a similar points cost, probably the Stalker to compliment your Icarus Lascannon. Shooty Terminators + Plasma happy should work out pretty well,I think. It depends on your meta, but I feel like you're slightly on the weak side of Anti-Tank, as one back field disarray unit like a Dreadnought or Sternguard in a Drop Pod will end your Devastator's happy fun time pretty quick. I guess that may all come down to deployment, though.

For my 2 cents on your warlord, A "Budget" HQ is well worth it if he compliments your army. I say go with either the Chaplain or Librarian, whichever you think will boost your army more.

Thanks for the great feedback. I was also concerned about anti-tank. How is this as an alternative?

Why not melta on the combat squad tacticals if you really are concerned with armor?
