Here is my list.

pSorscha......-5

Wardog..... 1
Spriggan....10

Man-O-war Shocktroopers.....10
Winterguardinfantry & UA w 3 Rocketeer......11
Widowmakers.......4

Kovnik Joe......2
manhunter.......2

So my idea is to set the shocktroopers in front of the winterguard, shield walling until they get close with scorscha behind giving support until feat turn. Have the widow makers for support and the manhunter is running up the side to take care of any light stuff.

Is "Kovnik" Kovnik Joe, Iron Fang or the Man-O-War one?
Personally I am not really sold on MoW and especially not on 10 when you don´t have a way to speed them up. Relentless Charges takes away their shield wall and then they start to die fast.

Well...... where to start.

You have 10 points tied up in MOW with no way to speed them up, and you are putting them in front of what is arguably the best tar pit unit in the game.

The WGDS needs to be upfront jamming the enemy, buying you time to get onto and hold the objectives/zones ect.

The MOW can be an effective counter charge/ second wave unit with the IFK as he gives them shield march making them +2 speed..... but honestly they are still over costed.

I'd probably drop the ManHunter to add him if you are gonna run this list.

Ok I think I'll drop the manhunter for IFK. Question if I drop the MOW what would be a good unit to replace them?

FYI: MoW: STs are only worth 9.

And, as noted, the MoW are really really slow. Even with the Iron Fang Kovnik that darefsky notes, they're bustling by at a sluggish 6". Also, as a general note: Shield Wall can be a large trap for a player. As nice as it is to get those ARM20 Shocktroopers, they've got woefully low DEF, and likely, the opponent will be able to get whatever armor-breakers they have to get to the Shocktroopers.

If it were up to me, I'd drop the MoWs and maybe 1-2 rockets to get a mortar crew and maybe a unit of Kayazy Eliminators.

I would highly recommend dumping the MOW for Kayazy Assassins, they are fast, and under Sorcha's feat are awesome at removing an opponents caster or critical support units (looking at you Choir).

I disagree with the mortars are Sorcha doesnt have a way to increase their ability to hit. Vlads or eIrusk heck yes, but the little lady....no

Between her Feat + Freezing Grip, she's got a lot of ability to help increase their ability to hit. RAT3 doesn't really matter when you're aiming at DEF 5.

Agreed but that's 1-2 turns every game, vs Signs and Portants or Transference, or FFE....

Considering how many BatReps I've seen involving Feat Turn catching an enemy caster w/ Mortars dropping directly on, I'd think the 1-2 turns would be sufficient.

Instead of replacing the MoW I´d consider taking Vlad3 with them. His dash + Kovnik gives them enough speed to not be too late, he is a great caster and cheaper than a whole new unit.

At that point, why not just swap Sorcha for pButcher, pick up another MOW ST and another IFK and run Heart of Darkness......

AHHHHHH so many choices lol. I'll have to play test a few times and see what I like the most. Thanks all for your advise. Is there anything else I could do with scorscha?

Well, in general, Sorscha tends toward assassination runs, so things that can clear up charge lanes (like the Spriggan you have) or things that can take advantage of her Feat turn are useful.

As noted above, one popular and effective avenue is dropping a lot of arcing fire shots on an enemy caster during your Feat. In that sense, I've heard people have had lots of luck with simple destroyers and mortars.

Or you could upgrade a Destroyer to Black Ivan, he´s got Bulldoze too, a better RAT and a decent def for a heavy & has got one of the strongest open fists with a nice crit.
