I like redeemers, i do, and i adore BA mech, but... if you are running 3 redeemers you NEED other units to take out the enemies melta and lances. Either by hitting the enemies lines before your redeemers or by shooting them to pieces whilst moving up. If the redeemers arrive at the enemies lines first you will lose 720points. Also run redeemers with mm because you want to be shooting some reasonable weapon as you advance.
Running 10man assault squads without packs is a waste because you are paying for 5 guys packs but not getting them.
Trade your sergents pw and ip for either a powerfist or power axe and melta bombs. If you're within 3" you're going to be charging anyway! Doing this would free up the points for an extra flamer or meltagun respectively.
And lastly just really really really hope you don't encounter fliers! Automatically Appended Next Post: *melta, lances AND MCs! (Also anything haywire)

the Baal predators would either outflank or scout ahead of the landraiders. i picked the land raiders because the are assualt vehichles. and hopefully the assualt cannons should take care of flyers... and most people where i play don't take flyers. Automatically Appended Next Post: plus i kinda want to deepstrike the land raiders.

Assault cannons aren't going to take care of any dangerous flyers. That's a fantasy. Vendettas or Stormravens would be bad news indeed.

Unless you play with no terrain i would never ds a landraider let alone 3... unless of course you invest a full squads worth of points on spreding around locator becons on scouts and drop pods! Assault cannons aren't going to take down those wave serpents with dragons in, most heavy tanks or even MCs reliably.
Don't get me wrong, i love the idea. I just cant see 3 redeemers fitting into a 2k list without any long range or quick hitting power to take out major threats to them first.
