Hi folks finished painting a dark angel commission at Golem painting studio hope you all enjoy.


Here is the full commission. Was rather fun to do the painting and a few bits of converting here and there.




These are the forgeworld jetbikes with the ravenwing command squad parts intermixed.




One of the best old school sculpts, this mini has aged really well and with a slightly more modern paint scheme applied stands up against belial and any of the new marine characters.

Overall I really like it!

I love the FW jetbikes, was thinking of building my own Sammael using one of them (since they got the PC option built-in).
Nice job on the special characters and vets.
My only gripe is the Caestus: it could use a pop of color or some highlights to break up the green, its a bit dull for such a nice model.

Overall, wonderful job! Your SCs are especially fantastic and the recon marines are pretty cool too. However, I agree with the above post. On the vehicles there is simply just too much green. I would add some bone or even red, since those two colors fit with the aesthetics of the DAs.

Agreed with the above. Very nice work but the Caestus could use some more colour.

I hate the idea of any SM other than samnuel getting a jetbike but I like these.

Those jet bikes are simply superb. Well done!

And I ask what Belial is doing in a squad full of PA dark angels.
