I am going to make a 1500-White Scars list too, so this is what I would change (and what I will probably do):
CCS-Bikers:
Add 4-5 Grav-guns (depending on whether the Priest can take one)
Drop Champion and Power Weapons

Bike Squad:
No Vet-Sgt's
Grav-spam

Drop Land Speeders, maybe get a Landspeeder Storm.
I will try to get two Thunderfire Cannons.

Thats the list. Kept the speeders because they are beautiful models and the Champ to give it more Flavor. Also my FLGS has alomst no MCs

Some new opinions on that list:
1) I still don't like the Champion, I'd prefer a Veteran with a melee weapon since he cannot be challenged out of the group.
2) Although there is a discussion on the Apothecary, the Champion can NOT take a Grav, I would also take a Grav-gun instead of combi (You already have TL-bolters on the bike itself).
3) Why do you want so many Melta-weapons? Does your meta spam that many vehicles?

Grav-guns are not for anti-MC, they are for anti-"anything with 2 or 3+ save".
One bike-trooper with two grav guns will shoot 6 shots that wound Sv2+ on a 2+ and it ignores their armour.
With those weapons you will annihilate or cripple anything with 2+, 3+ or 4+.
Anything with 5+ will die as soon as your 9 bikes charge into it after shooting with TL-bolters.

After today's FAQ, Command squads can indeed take GravGuns.

Updated the list, I'm going to make my White Scars be Storm Lords, and I'm going to space wolve them up. I don't know what power weapon. Maybe an Axe?
