Can riptides take signature systems?

I see allot of people toting the talisman and an earth caste array on the riptide, but I cant find the permission for it to take signature systems.

In the core book, riptides are allowed to take support systems, but I cant see sig systems anywhere.

I've got both books, so feel free to tell me what page I'm missing

They're probably referring to giving it the benefits of the systems by joining it with an HQ equipped with the signature systems.

Those are Farsight Enclave only items and Farsight Enclave Riptides get access to Signature Systems.

Riptides are allowed to take "Signature Systems of the Farsight Enclave" in a Farsight Enclaves army. The Earth Caste Pilot Array is specifically made for them and the Talisman of Arthas Moloc is FE as well. There is no way to give Signature Systems to Riptides in the Tau Empire Codex.

yes I know that they are limited to Farsight detachments, but where in the enclaves book does it specifically give permission for riptides to take signature systems?
