I have a bag of BFSP goblins that should be put to good use. They look like prime targets for grots, or maybe and inquisitorial henchmen. Im sure someone has done this but my "search-fu" is weak. Anybody here have some cool ideas on converting BFSP goblins to 40k models? Pictures Please!

well if you wanted to do henchmen, I'd just hollow out the hoods (like the FW hector rex henchmen) and replace the hands with IG/human hands

Grot cannon crew would be the easiest option - just convert the spears into gun tools.

IMHO they're a bit small to be humanoid henchmen, unless they're on raised bases or something.
