Let's see:
There's no
HQ in that army. I guess you could use a model to proxy for an Archon (a Sybarite if it is modelled differently from the Warriors).
Filling three Raiders with warriors, or two and one with Wyches gives you a decent Troop base. Alternatively you could do two and use one as a Ravager.
The elite slot is flexible. I'd suggest Warriors as Trueborn and leaving the Mandrakes out. Trueborn usually have some kind of heavy weapon and a transport. You'll see a lot of Venoms in most lists, which this collection doesn't have.
The fast attack slot is filled with the Jetbikes and the Scourges. If you're feeling like it, you could also play the Hellions and Beastmasters. With the models you have, the Fast Attack slot offers a lot of choice.
The heavy support choice in Dark Eldar is often filled with Ravagers, sometimes Talos, Chronos or Jetfighters. This collection is thin on the Heavy Support, especially if you kit out the Ravagers as Raiders. You could potentially field three Ravagers, but then your warriors and wyches are on foot.
You could make a footslogging Dark Eldar list, but a list like that takes away your strongest asset: speed.
I feel like this collection misses some transport options or Heavy Support options if you decide to use the Ravagers as Raiders.
To play Dark Eldar the way a lot of players do, you'd probably need some more vehicles.
Having said that, buying a Venom or two and a Raider, could make a pretty powerful 1500-1850ish points army. I wouldn't trade it away, but I'm biased
