CSM come with pistols already so I'm assuming that you meant swap bolters for close combat weapons. Decent if you're going to have these guys rush off to get into close combat, but just keep in mind the earliest you're going to be able to do that is going to be Turn 3. Turn 1 = rushing up in rhino as far as possible. Turn 2 = getting out of Rhino and flaming. Turn 3 = assaulting. If that's not soon enough for you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Maybe another small unit of Plague Marines because they can just dish out a lot of attacks.

FYI, if you want to have the Plauge Marines use the transport at the beginning of the game it would be better to just give them the Rhino and not the Havocs.
On page 78, Dedicated Transports, paragraph 2 "The only limitation of a Dedicated Transport is that when it is deployed, it can only carry the unit it was selected with (plus any
IC's that have joined it). After the game begins, it can then Transport any friendly Infantry unit, subject to Transport Capacity and other special exclusions, as explained in the vehicle's entry".
Unless of course you normally want your Havocs in the Rhino at the beginning of the game, but I really don't see any advantage of that. You want them out, set up, and shooting at full
BS Turn 1 with all of their special weapons.
My only advice for your list is that if you really want it to have more walkers due to your theme, maybe get rid of the Nurgle Bikes? Right now you only have 5 bikes total with the Lord which isn't a lot. Sure, they're T6 which helps a bit, but even so if your opponent concentrates on them at all they'll be dead. I'd either drop the Hellbrute and add more bikes or drop the bikes and add in more walkers for some craziness. The more competitive option though is to get more bikes since they're a
FA choice, can deny objectives, and in some scenarios capture objectives.
