I was wondering about the part were it says "...add 1 to their total when determening assault results"

This refers to the result in which you determine who side won a round close combat right? Or am I reading it wrong and it means the charge distance or something? Also Doesn't Kantor has something like it as well (his warlord trait iirc), do they stack?

Assault results are on page 28 of the BRB, which is working out who won a combat.

And I'm fairly certain that those rules should stack, but I don't have the Codex for the exact wording.

If the wording is the same as in the DA Codex (which has many standards) it would prevent multiple standards from stacking, but they should still stack with the Warlord Trait.

As long as nothing on the warlord trait specifies differently I think it should work, and could be quite nice ^^

Those rules do stack, unless explicitly specified otherwise (like, for instance, Kantor's bonus attack and the Chapter Banner's bonus attack). They're individual modifiers of +1 each, no reason to think they wouldn't - but they would be overridden by any set values if they applied.

Do you guys think that the banner works from a transport? I am thinking of putting it in a LRC and rolling around with BT to make them Death Company essentially. Just want to clarify before I start to build the list and buy models etc....

Without knowing the wording on the banner, I presume it's "friendly units within X inches gain..."?

Great. That was what I was hoping for. BA sang priest use the hull for area of effect so i was basing the standard on those guidelines as well.
