Basically assault variants of the classic light transporters:
Crussader Pattern Rhino:
When a mission, which's original purpose saddly has been lost, reaked havoc on a mechanicus controlled forgeworld, the dark angels where quick to offer a recently recovered piece of technology as apology.
Given that all Astartes have to hand over technology to the church of mars anyway, there are rumors that the dark angels offered more than just the patterns to a Rhino variant, but the Inquisitor which has been investigating the case hasn't reported in for nearly a year now...

Stheno Armored Carrier
Technically speaking an illegal modification of the standard pattern Chimer pattern, this transport is nonetheless the favoure way into the heart of the battle for the Trueborn, of Karpal 2. This world lies directly in the center of an unusually save stretch of space which seems to be avoided by nearly all outside forces, aside from the imperium of man. This has lead to a rather... rose coloured, vision of war among the inhabitants of this world and a large part of the worlds tithe comes from the second and third sons of the noble families, who seek honour in battle.
Oddly enough this makes fresh Karpalian regiments sought after by the more savy commanders of the guard, who know of Karpallian's tendency to charge into the thick of battle with a all to apparent disregard for their own safety, or common sense in general. To aid this, a few Chimera's have been modified to shield the eyes of the Karpalians from the terror of war before deploying them right into a breach which no sane guardsmen would willingly charge.
Stheno: 65pts
AV: 12 10 10 BF3 Type: Tank, Transport
Equipment: Heavy Bolter
Special rules: Amphibic, Assault Vehicle
Cappacitie: 12
-May replace his HB with a Heavy Flamer for free
May buy the following:
- Searchlight 1pt
- Dozerblade 7pts
Both vehicles are a good deal more expensive than simmiliar vehicles in other armies, and provide as good as no bonusses after they deployed their contents, therefor I think they should be open to all Imperial Armies (Guard, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Greyknights, Spacewolves....). They might make good use of them (Deathguard) but I hope that they are enough of a tax to make assault viable, but not overpowered.
