Concept:
The idea here was to bring a little of everything (variety is the spice of life, right?), and bring a lot. I am exploring some options of using more special weapons/heavy weapons in smaller size units than was allowed in the previous codex. Here I have lots of scoring units to split up for camping and moving up around the crux of Lysander and his Termie buddies, along with some strafing support from the Fast Attack. All C&C and recommendations are appreciated, tell me what you think and what you would change.

I like the fact you are using a lot of marines, especially tacs as they work well with the IF chapter tactics, but I'm not sure on the squads themselves, for the simple reason that by bringing multiple small squads you are bringing a lot of kill points. I'd suggest doing SW/HW/combi tac squads, as this can achieve the same MSU tactics as above, but can also choose to remain as 10-man squads in KP games.

I can see the benefit of less kill points, even if that is a less-common mission these days. The main advantage for me here is getting extra heavy weapons, which I can't do in a 10 man squad. I guess I just got SO tired of 1 heavy, 1 special being obligitory in the old codex that the variety is making me feel like new life is breathed in to this codex. Thanks for your ideas, I am still definitely considering special weapons for perhaps future lists. I guess right now I'm heavy weapons happy.
