Tyberos has a rule "Master of the Carcharodons" that states that if you pick Tyberos you can't have another Chapter Master in your army.
With 6th edition introducing allies I was wondering if you could have a Chapter Master as HQ in your main army and Tyberos be an HQ in your allies army?

The second question is about his special rule "The Red Brethren" which allows all Space Marine infantry to replace their boltgun with a CCW for free. If Tyberos is your ally HQ does this rule apply to the Ultramarine main army?

Third and last question. If you have Tyberos does his army of Carcharodons have his chapter tactics rules instead of one of the new codex Chapter tactics?

Just put all the Forge World junk on hold for a couple weeks/months while Forge World prepares an FAQ update.

I agree with SlowPoke, wait for the new FW FAQ, but that being said any army wide rules that Tyberos has I would apply to his particular detachment, so no other Chapter Master could be taken as part of Tybero's detachment (ally detachment still ok, it's supposed to be a different chapter), The Red Brethren rule and his Chapter Tactics would also follow suit, they would only apply to the detachment that Tyberos is part of (be it your main or ally detachment).

RAW, an army is made up of 1 or more detachments (and even that is debatable, but there is more evidence supporting this then refuting it at the moment) so his rules effect more then just his detachment. I would expect forgeworld to FAQ .
