Hey guys i heard somewhere a while back there was some very successful washing techniques to help speed up the process of painting horde armies.
I am starting to paint up some imperial guard i bought and plan on expanding but focusing on a ton of troops.

What are the fastest and most effective ways of painting horde armies?
Any tips/ techniques will work. I really dont know any and im not by any means an experienced or expert painter. But I'm trying...

Thanks guys!

Army Painter do great coloured primer (check first, some work much better than others) and washes, which enable some pretty good, fast paintjobs.

Their painting guide is a good start:

I find that assembly line painting works well for painting a lot of infantry quickly, too.

Dipping works pretty well for mass painting.
