Telions squad does not need capes tho?
Looks fun all those snipers are gonna cause some serious pinning/rending. Should be able to pick off lots of troops at range.
You seem to have plenty of las/melta to deal with armor too.
Whats the strategy let them come to you first?

if you fight nids or any horde army year screwed same with cc armies or anything that can deepstrike right next to you. other than that i do like this list for fun

Well, I would exchange the power fist and cluster mines in the bike squad for combi-meltas for the same squad and the smaller scout squads.
Being the only AV target, I think the predator will be quickly blown off. Maybe anoter the Talon with twin-las. In fact, if you take two, it might be a good idea to make them with the same loadout. If you're able, a missle launcher in Telion Squad can always come in handy to blow off transport early in the game.
And that's pretty much it. Not highly competitive, but definitely fun list

I would toss tigger in to give reroll to hit to the sniper squads... bs4 can hurt and benefits alot from it.

i would consider trading multi meltas on land speeder storms to HFs. that way, they cerburus launcher on it and the HF would work well together, and yuo need a tad bit more anti infintry me thinks
