I am not sure the Khan is your best choice as WS HQ. Since he isn't your warlord the other WS won't benefit from his added abilities as "Master of the Hunt".

Oh man, total oversight.... Well then if the bikes aren't outflanking they lose much of the reason i was taking them... I guess I can drop Khan then, and take a Librarian on a bike? Librarian with mastery 2 and bike is only like 110 points. Or a captain with a bike and some wargear?

But If i'm not getting that trait, is it still worth going white scars?

CT:Raven Guard would work far better here. It buffs your Assault Squads and Mech Tacticals up to levels where they start to really excel. CT:UM really doesn't offer this list that much at all.

I would never do this myself but if you insist on doing this then I would deepstrike him and his squad and buy teleport homers on your Tactical squad sergeants (yes you can do that now) so they can reach the fight without being annihilated early and you can let the Chapter Master loose to rampage.

Your Rhinos aren't a threat until at least turn 2 so your opponent probably won't struggle to take this guy out. He's practically useless until turn 2 and I'd question why you wouldn't just take a Venerable instead.

Eww. A pair of 5 man squads with a single plasma gun in each is seriously not a good threat at all. Take a Combi-Weapon in there as well at the very least.

A Stalker/Hunter will probably serve you far better in place of at least one of the ML Flakk combat squads. Rhinos are very easy to kill, so you should be taking at least 4, because you can expect to lose 2 or more in one turn. I've seen it happen many times.



Fast Attack
Assault Squad- 185
10 man, Melta bombs, veteran sarge

Flamers here are a no brainer at 5 points each. Also, no CC weapon? A power axe might be decent.

The assault cannons are far and above better than the LC's. They give you versatility in your firepower.

Attack bike with HB is a waste, there's no way in hell a heavy bolter is worth 24 points. Just take two extra bikers or better yet, combi weapons.

That should leave me with 10 points left over.
